They could have condensed it like the first 3 days of playing but spreading it out over two literal weeks was not enjoyable in any way. The first few days were walking around and picking weeds basically because you couldn't even access Your Entire island or the main buildings were under construction
Can we get some voices in this thread from those who really enjoyed the match? It's going to end up being the best selling game on the change by the end of the season and all the best comments are just"game is boring". I'd rather hear from those who actually like Animal Crossing games and listen to how they'd want to enhance the series going forward.
I started playing a few weeks back and I personally enjoy the goal-oriented arrangement of this game. I also like the Nookmiles achievement system, though at this point I'm not quite sure what to invest them besides for clothing.
We can begin improving by making the villagers have more meaningful connections and conversations, they currently feel just like setpieces.
Yes this was my number one gripe. I whole enjoy the sport (almost 300 hours! ) ) But villagers will give you a top. Talk to them. They act as if you haven't seen them daily. Wonderful.
I kind of missed the old games (just played a bit of New Leaf), but viewing Jaiden Animations' video on Animal Crossing surely made me like their older personalities more.
Measure 1, and it's a trivial measure, would be to massively lower the weighting of the"I saw you burying bells/hitting rocks/shaking trees/fishing/watering flowers yesterday" dialogue. It seems to be the first thing every villager says every day, that hides all the actually (semi) particular conversation they have two or three interactions down.
I like the sport but aside from a few changes, I feel that the gameloop has gotten less energetic. I recall speaking to villagers and them do chores and stuff for them. They give me insistent lines.
